Site walk, structural review, and hazardous-material survey review before means and methods are set.
Plan
Written sequence, protection, logistics, and environmental plan reviewed with the construction manager and owner.
Execute
Self-performed crews under dedicated field supervision, with daily inspections and coordination.
Close out
Clearance, disposal documentation, recycling records, and turnover to the next trade.
Safety
Safety planned into the work.
A full-time Environmental Health & Safety Director and eight Safety Advisors inspect jobsites daily, audit weekly, and visit more than 60 active sites each week. In-house training covers asbestos, silica, PCB and lead awareness, fall protection, confined space, and equipment operation.

Select employs up to 400 union laborers and operators per day through partnerships with LIUNA and the International Union of Operating Engineers, and owns a fleet of roughly 50 excavators from 8 to 150 tons, including high-reach machines, maintained by in-house mechanics and a mobile service unit.
